ESTAVIS supports both institutional and private investors by providing the entire management structure in the development of portfolios for investments of € 15 million and up according to the desired returns, geographical focus and other investment criteria. 

 

Our work is based on the following principles:

  • Our purchase prices are significantly below the cost for new construction.
  • We take the geographical location (growth regions) and tenant structure into account for acquisitions.
  • At the time of purchase, the potential for rental increases should not already be exhausted, nor should rents be subsidised with public funds.
  • The properties are brought up to a high standard after acquisition.
  • For existing buildings, the renovation costs should be less than 10% of the purchase price.
  • We only acquire exit-oriented properties with 15 to 100 smaller residential units (1 to 3 rooms).
