Supervisory Board

Dr. Karl-Josef Stöhr (born 1960), Chairman of the Supervisory Board, has worked as a lawyer since 1990. Since 2006, he has worked at Sozietät Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Berlin as a partner.

Michael Kremer (born 1951), Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, worked at Deutsche Bank during his business administration studies. He later worked at BFG Bank, Aareal Bank, DB Real Estate and London & Regional Properties GmbH and Strategic Value Partners (Germany). Currently, Michael Kremer acts as a freelance consultant. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board since the establishment of ESTAVIS AG.

John W. Cutts (born 1950) is an engineer and holds an MBA. He has been Managing Director of EUPIC Services B.V. Amsterdam, EBC Amro Bank, London, Samuel Montagu & Co., London and WestMerchant Bank. Since 2000, he has been Managing Director of Pall Mall Capital, London, an investment banking company which advises mainly non-listed companies and private investors.
